The Team
Chance Adams
COO | Head Coach
Chance Adams is the COO and Head Coach at Peak Health & Performance, bringing nearly two decades of experience in coaching, leadership, and community wellness. His career has spanned every level of health and performance, from helping grandparents transition off walkers, to coaching youth athletes, to preparing high-level competitors and professionals to perform at their best.
Chance is known for blending real-world coaching experience with a deep understanding of health, fitness, and human performance. He has helped build and lead multiple wellness centers, advised organizations and tribal communities on large-scale health initiatives, and coached hundreds of individuals with one consistent belief: health is not about quick fixes, aesthetics, or trends, it is about building real physical capacity for life.
As a coach, Chance emphasizes fundamentals first. Proper movement, intelligent training, real food, and consistency over time. He is equally comfortable coaching a first-time gym member through their first squat as he is refining the performance of experienced athletes. That versatility comes from years on the floor, not from shortcuts or social media credentials.
Chance is also the author of The Wellness Bible and is currently writing Burdened Medicine, a book that explores the history and business of modern healthcare and the role fitness plays in preventing chronic disease. His writing and coaching share the same mission: to cut through confusion, challenge broken systems, and return people to personal responsibility and long-term health.
At Peak, Chance leads with authenticity. He trains alongside members, knows people by name, and believes a gym should be a place of education, accountability, and community. His goal is simple and unwavering: help people move better, get stronger, live healthier, and stay capable for the long run.
Jade Adams
CFO (Chief Fun Officer) | Coach
Jade Adams is the heart of Peak Health & Performance, serving as both Coach and the gym’s unofficial but well-earned CFO: Chief Fun Officer. Where structure and standards create results, Jade brings the energy, encouragement, and connection that make people want to keep showing up.
As a coach, Jade has a rare ability to meet people exactly where they are. She works effortlessly with beginners who are nervous to start, seasoned members who want to be challenged, and everyone in between. Her coaching style is supportive, approachable, and detail-oriented, ensuring members feel confident, capable, and cared for every time they walk through the door.
Jade is deeply invested in the community at Peak. She knows names, stories, and struggles, and she understands that consistency in fitness is often built on feeling seen and supported. Her presence on the floor helps create an environment where people feel welcome, celebrated, and motivated, not intimidated.
As Chief Fun Officer, Jade sets the tone for Peak’s culture. She believes fitness should be challenging but never joyless. Classes are structured, purposeful, and effective, but they are also filled with laughter, encouragement, and connection. That balance is a big part of why members stay long-term and why Peak feels different than a typical gym.
At Peak, Jade represents the reminder that progress happens faster when people enjoy the process. Her goal is simple: help members work hard, have fun, and build confidence that carries far beyond the gym walls.
Vanessa Marble
Coach | Group Fitness Instructor
Vanessa Marble is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor at Peak Health & Performance who brings energy, encouragement, and intention to every class she coaches. Her fitness journey began in 2017, when she discovered a genuine passion for helping people move, sweat, and feel better in their own bodies.
Vanessa coaches with the belief that fitness should be sustainable, balanced, and adaptable to real life. Her classes blend strength training, conditioning, and variety to keep workouts effective, engaging, and accessible for all fitness levels. She meets people where they are, while still encouraging them to challenge themselves and grow.
Outside the gym, Vanessa practices what she coaches. She enjoys staying active with her family through hiking, camping, and signing up for local 5Ks. That love for movement beyond the gym carries into her coaching style and helps members see fitness as something that supports life, not something that competes with it.
At Peak, Vanessa is known for creating an uplifting environment where people leave class feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of the work they put in. Her goal is simple: help members feel amazing in their own skin and build confidence that carries far beyond the gym walls.
