Welcome to Peak Health & Performance! I’m the founder and proud owner of this thriving fitness community. My journey in the world of health and fitness spans over two decades, a testament to my unwavering passion and commitment to helping others achieve their best selves. My career began over 20 years ago, coaching athletes. This experience laid the foundation for my understanding of performance, discipline, and the transformative power of fitness. For 17 years, I’ve been a personal trainer, working one-on-one with clients to unlock their potential and witness firsthand the life-changing impact of personalized fitness programs.
CrossFit has been a significant part of my life for 15 years. As a CrossFit coach, I’ve seen the remarkable results that come from combining high-intensity functional movements with a supportive community. It’s not just about lifting weights or running faster; it’s about building resilience, both physically and mentally. One of the most fulfilling chapters of my career was developing and directing the Choctaw Wellness Centers. This project stands as the largest network of tribal fitness centers in the world.
Here, I spearheaded programs that not only helped individuals become healthier and fitter but also played a crucial role in combating chronic diseases such as diabetes and obesity. Witnessing the transformation of entire communities was profoundly rewarding and reinforced my belief in the power of well-structured wellness programs. In 2019, my journey brought me to Tahlequah with my wife, Jade, and our three children, Lakyn, Teagan, and Loman. This move came after my impactful tenure as Wellness Director for the Choctaw Nation.
